There is a Chinese proverb that says, "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step."

Brooke's journey will be more than 8,000 miles just to make that first single step possible.

The purpose of this site is to raise awareness and funds for Brooke Echols and to keep friends and family informed during our journey. Brooke plans to undergo a new procedure by Dr. Hongyun Huang in Beijing, China with the hopes of restoring feeling and movement to once paralyzed areas.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 for the surgery, plus funds for travel expenses, and rehabillitation and therapy following the procedure.

We thank everyone who continues to support us through prayers and donations. You are very dear to our hearts!
